Exercise 3In what areas at work can you take on more responsibility? Pick something that interests you! You have a unique set of skills and experiences that you can use. You just need to start believing in yourself!
Do you know of anything that needs some extra care? Perhaps it’s a broken coffee machine, a room that needs cleaning or papers that needs sorting. It doesn’t need to be a big project.

You spend a lot of time with your co-workers. Make that time count! If you’re not already friends with your associates, then it’s definitely worth the effort to become that. You’ll get a team spirit and people that look after you. Some people say it’s stupid to be friends with your co-workers… that you’ll only get stabbed in the back… But we are convinced making in friends at work, is one of the best ways to create more meaning at work.
