Stress is something that affects us all. We have been taught that stress is bad, something that we should avoid to any price. That stress is a sign that something is wrong.

How do you deal with stress? A common way to avoid stress is to gamble. For some people gambling as calming. For a brief moment, nothing else matters.

We created this program because we want to show you a different side of stress. Our own view of stress has completely changed over the past few months.

What if stress is something good?

What if stress is a friend that is there to help us deal with tough situations?
